I'm on diet regime now. Need to shape up my body and turunkan berat jugak.Back to my herbalife routine.So, this morning i took 2 scoop F1 and 1 scoop F3 with low fat milk. Dalam pada tu, separuh tumbler tea mix dan dua tumbler air masak dah kuteguk.
For snack, I took Kellogs Special K bar and tea mix. Boleh tukar-tukar, kadang-kadang Jacob's oatmeal, fruits or even Jacobs cream cracker.
This is me this morning. Banyak lagi kena turun if want to to transform to this
