Cooked grilled chicken rice for lunch today.Alhamdulillah.My sister and her hubby came over to join lunch.

 Marinate the chicken with chopped garlic, olive oil, salt and black pepper for an hour and grilled

Soup and chilli

 The veges- salad, tomato and cucumber
Soy sauce
Spring onion and chinese parsley
 Chicken rice.I only used chicken stock to cook this. Easy peasy
